# StarBuild > StarBuild turns a plain-language description into a working full-stack app with a database and login, shows it live, checks it before you see it, and publishes it in one click. StarBuild is for product owners, product managers, agile coaches and founders who want to turn a user story into a working web app (code, database, sign-in, live preview, public HTTPS address) without writing code. The site is available in English and Brazilian Portuguese. Mobile apps (Expo) are not available yet. ## Key facts - Build by chat: Describe changes in plain language. Open the files or the diff whenever you want to see exactly what changed. - Instant live preview: The app runs while it is being built, so you click through the real thing instead of a screenshot. - One-click publish with HTTPS: Publish, read logs, roll back a version and connect your own domain from the same screen as your chat. - Database and sign-in included: A Postgres database, user accounts and secrets are part of the project. You set up no servers to get started. - Code in Git that you own: The project is ordinary code on Next.js, TypeScript and Tailwind. Export it to GitHub and keep working anywhere. - [Home (en)](https://starbuild.app/en): StarBuild turns a plain-language description into a working full-stack app with a database and login, shows it live, checks it before you see it, and publishes it in one click. - [Blog (en)](https://starbuild.app/en/blog): Practical writing for product owners and agile teams on prototyping, refinement, discovery and shipping with AI.
